Return or swap your order within 14 days after receipt

Are you not happy about your order? We are very sorry to hear that. You can return your order up to 14 days after receipt. We ensure that you will receive a new shipment or that the purchase amount will be in your account within 5 working days after we received the return shipment.

Cancellation of placed order

If you want to cancel your order this is possible. For this we would like to refer you to this page.

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery

Damage during delivery

If the goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during delivery, please report the defect to the carrier and notify us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or to make contact does not in any way affect your legal rights or the enforcement of such rights, notably your warranty rights. However, in doing so you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

Production errors or defects after use (incl. warranty period)

We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. Statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any additional guarantees and their precise conditions that may apply can be found next to the product or on distinct information pages in the online shop, if applicable.

Delivery of wrong products

If the wrong goods have been delivered please let us know. We will then ensure that you receive the correct products as soon as possible.
